MS. SUJATA GARG
Ms. Sujata Garg is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant having over 20 years of experience in diversified Accounting Functions, Auditing and Assurance services, Financial Analyst, beside others. She is a Managing Partner of M/s. Sujata Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Her proposed appointment as Woman Director is in the interest of the Company.
DR. SUTANU BEHURIA
Mr. Sutanu Behuria is a postgraduate in Economics from Delhi School of Economics as well as a postgraduate and Ph.D. in Economics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. During his illustrious career spanning 38 years of professional experience, he has served as a secretary in the Dept. of Fertilizers, National Disaster Management Authority and Ministry of Minority Affairs and Department of Heavy Industry. He has been the Financial Advisor to various Ministries in the Government of India. He has served as a Board member in over 25 PSU’s.
Mr. Rajive Kumar
Mr. Rajive Kumar has post graduate degree in Applied Geophysics from I.I.T Roorkee (1991) and PGDM (2014) from IMT Ghaziabad. He has over 27 years of diversified experience in Seismic Industry. Over the years, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has played a key role in delivering complex projects successfully. He started his career in 1995 as a land geophysicist and posted in Poonch-Rajouri area of J&K. He spent more than 12 years in field in various capacities and promoted to the level of project manager and delivered several complex projects successfully. He has in-depth knowledge of techno-commercial aspects of seismic industry.
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Agarwal
Mr. Sudhir Agarwal has done B.Com (Hon.), LLB, M.B.A., Chartered Accountant, Forensic Auditor (FAFD) and is having wide working experience of more than 33 years as Practicing Chartered Accountant. He has Qualified Proficiency test for Independent Director. He is Director of Association of National Member of Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai and Former Director of Delhi and District Cricket Associations (DDCA) and DFC Limited (Delhi Stock Exchange). He is also Chairman of Association of National Member of Stock Exchange of India, Delhi (ANMI-NR)
