Dr. Sutanu Behuria
Mr. Sutanu Behuria is a postgraduate in
Economics from Delhi School of Economics as well as a postgraduate and Ph.D. in
Economics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. During his illustrious
career spanning 38 years of professional experience, he has served as a secretary in the
Dept. of Fertilizers, National Disaster Management Authority and Ministry of Minority
Affairs and Department of Heavy Industry. He has been the Financial Advisor to various
Ministries in the Government of India. He has served as a Board member in over 25
PSU’s.
Ms. Sujata Garg
Ms. Sujata Garg is a Chartered Accountant and
Cost & Management Accountant having over 20 years of experience in diversified
Accounting Functions, Auditing and Assurance services, Financial Analyst, beside others.
She is a Managing Partner of M/s. Sujata Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
Her appointment as an independent Woman Director is in the interest of the Company.
Mr. Avtar Singh Monga
Mr. Avtar Singh Monga is a senior banking and fintech professional with over four decades of experience across global and Indian financial institutions. He has served as COO & Head – Retail Bank at IDFC First Bank, Managing Director at Bank of America (Global Delivery Centre) and CEO/VP at GE Capital (SBI Cards & TFS), leading large-scale operations, retail banking expansion and transformation initiatives. He has driven fintech partnerships, introduced process innovations including micro-ATM and rapid account opening (ET-BFSI Innovation Award 2016), and established globally scaled operations platforms with strong regulatory compliance. He currently serves on the boards of multiple financial, fintech and technology companies.
Mr. Uttam Jhunjhunwala
Mr. Uttam Jhunjhunwala is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in strategy and corporate development across high-growth sectors of IT services, BFSI and Infrastructure. He has completed M&A transactions valued at ~US$2bn in the past decade. He has led business opportunities across India-Japan corridor and signed multiple MoUs with Japanese Partners. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Forvis Mazar LLP. In past, Uttam held leadership roles with Wipro, Srei Equipment, EmiratesNBD, & Reliance Industries Group. He is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, did international immersion at Warwick-UK, qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary and has a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
